AI Use Disclaimer
Last updated: 2026-05-23
CAO Studio may use artificial intelligence and large language model (LLM) functionality to support analysis, summaries, recommendations, reports, and clarification during the organisation-design work you do inside the product.
AI-generated output is decision support, not professional advice. Anything CAO Studio generates with AI assistance — including diagnostics, summaries, recommendations, and executive-level reports — is generated support material. It is not a substitute for professional, legal, HR, compliance, financial, or management advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing and validating every AI-generated output before you act on it or share it with your client. CAO Studio does not guarantee that AI-generated output is complete, correct, current, or suitable for a specific decision. Inside the product, every AI-generated output carries an in-line reminder to review before use; the on-page reminder is the user-facing surface of this disclaimer.
Avoid entering unnecessary personal data, sensitive data, confidential data, or regulated data unless your organisation has approved that use. Your organisation remains the controller of any client content you put into CAO Studio.
Which LLM does CAO Studio use?
CAO Studio's AI features may use external LLM service providers depending on deployment configuration. The specific list of providers — and what data each provider sees — is documented on the Subprocessors / LLM Providers page. We name providers there, and only there, so the list stays accurate as it evolves and so the rest of CAO Studio's legal and marketing copy stays provider-neutral.
CAO Studio operates two deployment models — SaaS and client-server. Both call the LLM via a central CAO Server in the EU; client-server installations never hold an LLM API key directly. See the Deployment Models page for how the AI request flow differs.
Inside the product
Every AI-generated output in CAO Studio (workshop results, recommendations, executive reports, AI Readiness assessments, Go See assessments, design options) carries an in-line disclaimer reminding the consultant that AI output is support material requiring human review. The wording mirrors this page. If you saw an in-product reminder and want to read the underlying disclaimer, you are on the right page.
